Arguably the jewel of Kenya's Wildlife Sanctuaries, Maasai Mara hosts the annual wildebeeste(gnu) and zebra migration of over 2 million animals between Kenya and Tanzania during the months of June-October.
The 3-day Maasai Mara Safari Tour is about having a close encounter with the wildlife population of the region. You can easily spot Lion, Cheetah, Elephant, Buffalo and several other jungle beasts on your safari trail.
Day 1. of an African Wildlife Safari: Nairobi/Maasai Mara
Depart Nairobi in the morning and drive along the floor of the Rift Valley to Maasai Mara arriving camp in the afternoon. Later procede on a game drive. Dinner and overnight at the camp.
Day 2. African Wildlife Safari: Maasai Mara
A full day game drive in Kenya's most popular game sanctuary where you will have the best opportunity of spotting the Big Five (lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino and elephant). Optional visit to a local Maasai village. Dinner and overnight at the camp.
Day 3. African Wildlife Safari: Maasai Mara/Nairobi
Another morning game drive in Maasai Mara, then depart for Nairobi lunch en route, arriving about 16:00hrs.

Maasai Mara and The lakes
The safari takes you to Maasai Mara where the largest concentration of game in Kenya is to be found and again through the Great Rift Valley. Lakes Nakuru, Naivasha, Bogoria and Baringo are a bird watchers and naturalists paradise.
Day 1: African Wildlife Safari: Nairobi – Maasai Mara
Drive through the Great Rift Valley to Maasai Mara for lunch.
Afternoon spend game viewing. Return to your lodge/campsite for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: African Wildlife Safari: Maasai Mara
Spend full day in the Maasai Mara with both morning and afternoon game viewing. All meals and overnight in the lodge/campsite.
Day 3: African Wildlife Safari: Maasai Mara – lake Nakuru
After breakfast leave for Nakuru arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon spent game viewing. Dinner and overnight at nearby lodge/budget hotel.
Day 4: African Wildlife Safari: Lake Nakuru / Lake Baringo / Lake Bogoria
Explore Lake Bogoria on foot. This natural land offers an opportunity to view the numerous flamingoes, the hot geysers and hot springs. Caution must be taken while walking near the hot springs, as they are super hot. Alternatively you may visit Baringo a fresh water lake that also offers you excellent sceneries besides its abundant bird-life. Lunch, dinner and overnight at the lodge/campsite.
Day 5: African Wildlife Safari: Lake Bogoria – lake Naivasha
After breakfast, depart and drive to lake Naivasha, one of the leading Ornithological site in Kenya. Take a boat ride on the lake in the afternoon. Lunch, dinner and overnight at the lodge/campsite.
Day 6: African Wildlife Safari:
After breakfast drive to Elsamere Conservation Center where you will be given a lecture of Joy Adamson’s history. Return to Nairobi after lunch.
