4 Day Masai Mara Fly-In Safari at Royal Mara Safari Lodge
Royal Mara Safari Lodge is a small, boutique tented lodge on the Mara River in the Mara North Conservancy, with just eight luxury suites, many of them looking out over the river and the forested ridge beyond. It is close to the river’s famous migration crossing points, and during the wildebeest migration (roughly July to October) the herds often gather around the lodge. Fly in from Nairobi and spend three nights on game drives, guided walks and sundowners in the Masai Mara, returning each evening to an intimate camp with a personal feel.

Day 1: Nairobi – Fly to the Masai Mara – Royal Mara Safari Lodge (LD)
We collect you from your Nairobi hotel or the airport and transfer you to Wilson Airport for the late-morning scheduled flight to Mara North Airstrip, a flight of about 45 minutes over the Rift Valley. You are met by the camp vehicle and game drive on the way to Royal Mara Safari Lodge, arriving in time for lunch. In the afternoon, head out on your first game drive. Dinner and overnight at Royal Mara Safari Lodge.

Days 2 & 3: Royal Mara Safari Lodge – Full Days in the Mara (FB)
Spend two full days exploring on morning and afternoon game drives, or take a packed lunch and stay out all day. Lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants and the great herds of plains game are all regularly seen, and from July to October the wildebeest migration fills the plains. Each evening you return to camp. All meals and overnight at Royal Mara Safari Lodge.

Day 4: Royal Mara Safari Lodge – Fly to Nairobi (B)
Head out on an early morning game drive, then return to camp for breakfast. Transfer to the airstrip for the late-morning flight back to Wilson Airport, arriving around midday, and we transfer you to your Nairobi hotel or to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward flight.
