Kirurumu Serengeti North Camp is a luxury mobile camp that moves seasonally to take advantage of the Serengeti’s vastness. The camp serves as a base, a jumping off point for an early morning game drive, a pause for a magnificent lunch, a reprieve from the heat of the day, and the culmination of a day’s adventure, when stories may be traded over a fire. Because this is a tiny and intimate camp, the staff is only on hand to look after a small number of visitors, thus the level of attention and service is always great. The entire camp may be booked for your private gathering. This seasonal camp is open from June to October each year, and we are located at the historic and magnificent Sonzo private site at Kogatende. Although one can never guarantee viewing the wildebeest migration, our campsite is extremely well positioned for wildebeest crossings of the huge Mara River at this time of year.
