Serengeti North Wilderness Camp is a’seasonal’ camp located in the Serengeti National Park’s northern region, near the banks of the Mara River. Seasonal camps have the advantage of being able to travel to some of the park’s greatest game watching spots, and we operate under rigorous rules to ensure that the camp is really eco-friendly.
We have twelve roomy tents with comfy mattresses and quality bedding, as well as an en suite flushing toilet and ‘bush shower.’ The lighting is 12-volt (solar powered), and bedside lights are provided. Each tent has a shady verandah. An open, central eating tent accompanies our comfy lounge tent, which offers a small reference library, maps, some toys for kids, and a camera and video charging station. Our safari chef will make delectable meals for you. Evenings include a traditional safari campfire where our guests may enjoy sundowners and munchies while reliving the day’s events. We provide a pleasant, intimate quality tented bush camp with decent facilities in a beautiful setting, all while respecting the sensitive ecology.
