KUBU KUBU TENTED LODGE

KUBU KUBU TENTED LODGE

The Central Serengeti is a wildlife lover’s paradise! The Seronera Valley region is home to vast populations of both herbivores and predators, and the birdwatching is excellent. Large grazers include elephants, giraffes, hippos, topis, buffaloes, and impalas. Predators will be on the top of your checklist of things to see, so expect to see cheetahs, lions, hyenas, and leopards, among other things. Look inside the forest canopy for primates including olive baboons, vervet monkeys, and the shy, nocturnal bushbabies. The environment itself is diverse, with Maasai Kopjes, strange candelabra trees, and magnificent flowers that flash with color. This untouched environment is also one of several spots in Tanzania where you may see the thunderous herds of the Great Serengeti Migration, which passes through the area in April and May when travelling west, and December and January when heading south.

Kubu Kubu Tented Lodge separates itself from other premium safari lodges by providing a distinct design and a great position in the Serengeti National Park’s middle section. The camp is located near the Seronera River, with access to Maasai kopjes, the Orangi and Seronera Rivers.
